《白玫瑰在行動》講述第二次世界大戰(zhàn)期間，德國慕尼黑瑪克西米利安大學(xué)的索菲等幾名大學(xué)生，為了推翻法西斯統(tǒng)治和結(jié)束戰(zhàn)爭，建立了一個名為“白玫瑰”的抵抗組織。他們印刷、散發(fā)傳單，號召德國人民起來反對納粹，并開展種種破壞活動。漸漸的這支“白玫瑰”小組影響力擴(kuò)大，得到了許多學(xué)生的支持，然而蓋世太保是不會讓這支“白玫瑰”繼續(xù)綻放的。
